I discovered this place during the monthly visit, led by the former site manager in December 2023. The first thing that strikes you is the aesthetic of the building, which is both massive and light. The small square in front of one of the facades gives access to a restaurant which may seem bourgeois but which is terribly good and creative. A warm atmosphere emanates from this space which includes a bar. The room around the stage is of a respectable size (approximately 200 people). We had the pleasure of discovering the workshop part which remained in a more punk and self-managed tradition. Lots of woodworking, machines and tools. This venue offers a rare space for artisan artists in town. It is possible at certain times to apply for a workshop. Finally, the cultural offer seems very stimulating, between the highlighting of the artists present and the outstretched hand towards those of the Rennes region. This place can be intimidating at first, but it really deserves to be discovered and frequented as a place to live. This type of rebellious spaces are rare: low prices on cultural offerings, high-level cuisine at a reasonable price +\- 20€, a supportive community.
